Pita just came out from the AVS shelter, so we’re still getting to know her. Over the time spent with her, we’ve discovered that this sweet girl might do best in a home with NO OTHER dogs. She’s super affectionate, sometimes gets a little jumpy when excited, but she settles down quickly and loves being around people.

She also walks beautifully on leash — such a good girl!

Ideally, we’re looking for a fosterer who can spend time at home with her, as she’s still adjusting to life outside the shelter and needs companionship and reassurance. We’d love someone who can work closely with us to help Pita decompress, adjust, and feel safe in a loving home.
