Meet Doris, an incredible dog with an excellent temperament who recently underwent surgery due to glaucoma, leaving her totally without sight. Nevertheless, on her first day settling into her foster home, she proved to be remarkably adaptable and calm, making it easy for her fosterer to care for her. Doris walks nicely on a leash and has already learned to rest comfortably on a soft bed.

Doris’s tenacity and resilience in the face of adversity and her trust in humans she’s never known are truly inspiring.
