Senior dogs like Dave don’t have the luxury of time. He can’t afford to spend years in rescue, waiting for someone to notice him. Dave is diagnosed with cushing disease but it can be managed with medications. He enjoys his walks. He deserves more than the label of ‘old dog’; he deserves a chance to bask in love and comfort. Just like the younger dogs, senior dogs deserve to be cherished and reminded that they still matter and are worthy of affection. After enduring tough years as a stray, Dave deserves this chance even more.

Dave is easygoing, low maintenance, and fuss-free. We hope someone can offer him a home for the time he has left, rather than letting him spend it waiting. He urgently needs a kind soul.
