Ginger

As a stray pup, Ginger didn’t have control when she ended up in a hazardous, high-traffic factory, nor did she have a say when another dog impregnated her.

Fast forward to July, when we rescued Ginger and her sibling, Piper, we didn’t expect this 10-month old young dog to be pregnant. Together with Kaizen4Dogs, we did our best to provide her with a safe home and a nurturing environment for her to deliver her eight pups. Caring for her little ones has taken a toll on Ginger, but she has dutifully fed and cared for them over the past six weeks.

Now, we believe it’s time for Ginger to enjoy a carefree life once again. She is highly affectionate and walks well on a leash. As she can be selective with other dogs, we prefer to place her in a family without dogs. Being a young dog, she may still experience occasional teething issues, so her family should be ready to provide enrichment activities to help her thrive.

Ginger is gorgeous, with puppy eyes, a soft golden medium-length coat, and a short wagging tail.
